How to Add a Watermark in Lightroom

Long term users of Lightroom Classic have always had the ability to add a watermark or copyright to their files when making proofs, or export copies for upload to social media websites. Until now the cloud version, which is simply called Lightroom, was missing this feature although it was always possible to add a watermark from a mobile device.

Adobe has now released Lightroom 3.3 for Windows & Mac and I’m pleased to let you know that Watermarking has been added as a new feature. Initially this is a text based watermark although there is a wide choice of fonts. I’m hoping that future updates will make it possible to use graphic logos but this is at least a step in the right direction.

I’ve created a short YouTube Video to demo this new feature.
