Go to the link at the bottom of the page and download the
package of installation files for 64 bit Windows.
Wait for the download to complete and then find the zip folder
inside your Downloads Folder
Double-click to open PhotoshopElements_2019_LS30_win64_ESD.zip
and click the button Extract all.
Click the Extract button
Wait for the progress bar to complete
Then double-click on Set-up (Application) to start the installation
Select your preferred language and installation location and click the Continue button.
It’s best to use the default location for maximum efficiency as Elements uses a
number of system files and folders on the main C: drive.
The installer will launch and a progress bar will be displayed
The Home screen will launch automatically when installation is complete and you can simply click on the Photo Editor button to launch the Editor application.
On first launch you may be prompted to update the Camera
Raw plug-in as Elements ships with an earlier version. Simply click the Install
Now button.
The installer will show the progress of the update with a final message “Update Complete”
