Adobe released the 2.1 update a few days ago but has
since found a potential sync issue. They have quickly pushed out this dot dot release
(v2.1.1) to fix the issue. The update can be installed from the Apps tab in
Creative Cloud desktop. It may take time to roll out to all regions otherwise
from the Apps tab click the three dots menu (top-right) to check for app
updates. That should refresh everything.

When update to vers. 2.1.1 it can still not sync.
