Facebook
Facebook have
now withdrawn the ability to upload images from Publish Services in Lr Classic
and other desktop applications. Upload is still possible from mobile devices
where the handshake between approved apps and the Facebook server is readily
available. To enable customers to keep track of previously published work, Adobe
re-enabled access to Facebook Published Service Collections for a temporary time period. This will
permit the manual transfer to standard collections. Publishing
capabilities will remain disabled. Please go to this link:
Automatic Transfer to Regular Collections
My ACP
colleague John Beardsworth has designed a script to automate the process. I’ve
not tried it personally as I’m not a Facebook user but others have found it to
be simple and effective.
