Lightroom: Scroll bar not visible in the Book Module

Some users report difficulty with changing page templates in the Book Module due to a missing scroll bar. 

It is a known issue and you can follow the feedback link at the bottom. 

This appears to affect Windows versions as the scroll button is present on Mac versions of Lightroom.The link states that users have to guess where the scroll bar is located and I can confirm it is possible to click just below the faint horizontal line and then drag up and down to view all the page templates.  As indicated with red arrow on image below.
